FAQ
Q: Is the meet and greet really free?
A: Yes. The initial meet and greet is free and gives you a chance to discuss your goals, ask questions, and learn whether a service may be appropriate for you.
Q: Do you meet patients in person?
A: Consultations and prescribing are provided via telehealth. Monica also makes in-person home visits for eligible IV infusions.
Q: Do you draw labs during home visits?
A: No. If labs are recommended, you will receive instructions for completing them through an outside laboratory.
